How do I use your website and search for the product I want?
Navigating the T-T PUMPS on-line purchasing website is very similar to navigating through any other website. There are a few different ways to get to where you want to go; you can use the drop down menus on the left hand side of the Home Page, divided into Pumps, Controls Panels and Valves. Alternatively, you can use the main tool bar at the top of the page and select a list of “All Products” that we sell on-line, learn more about T-T PUMPS within the “About US” page or maybe use our FAQ page to answer any questions that you may have! If I can’t find the product I want, does that mean that you don’t stock it? No, if you are unable to find an item on the e-commerce website, please do call our Internal Sales Team on 01630 647200. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Our product range is extremely extensive and I am sure that we will be able to meet your product requirements! TOPˆ

What happens once I place an order?
Once your order has been placed and payment received, or placed on your trade account, notification of the sale will automatically be sent to our Sales Department, who process your product and arrange the nearest delivery time. You will then be notified of delivery via. e-mail and the products will be dispatched. TOPˆ

How do I set up a trade credit account to purchase on-line?
All existing credit account holders will be notified of their log-in and password details by post, and will then have to answer several security questions before the account is enabled.TOPˆ

All those wanting to open a Credit Account should contact T-T PUMPS on 01630 647200 during our normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)to discuss their eligibility for a credit account and the procedure involved in setting one up, with our Credit Control Department. Credit payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by T-T PUMPS. Overdue accounts will be charged with monthly interest, maximum 2% per month over our Bankers Minimum Lending Rate and a full month's interest will be charged for any part of a month. The Purchaser has no right to withhold payment due to possible claims against T-T PUMPS, unless otherwise agreed by T-T PUMPS in writing.TOPˆ

Can I purchase on-line at anytime?
Yes, you will be able to place an order on-line 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our office opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. TOPˆ

Will my credit/debit card details be protected?
Yes, we use VeriSign, which is the leading secure sockets layer (SSL) Certificate Authority enabling secure e-commerce and communications for Web sites, intranets, and extranets. It has a reputation for very high Internet security levels and boasts the strongest SSL encryption available. TOPˆ

Is there a delivery charge for products purchased on-line?
Yes, depending on your location within the UK and your desired delivery service (standard/premium), the cost will differ. The full cost of delivering your chosen products will automatically be calculated for you at the “checkout” on the ecommerce website. TOPˆ

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, minimum order level is £30. TOPˆ

Do I need to do anything before purchasing on-line?
Please read our Conditions and Terms of Sale before purchasing, as this forms the basis of your contract with us. This can be located at the bottom of each web page. Please click on the link to open the page. TOPˆ

What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Switch, Delta, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron. We do not accept American Express. TOPˆ

Do I have to pay VAT?
All orders placed with an invoice address in the UK or member countries of the EU are subject to VAT. If your invoice address is outside the EU or in the Channel Islands, VAT will be deducted during the checkout procedure. Goods ordered from an EU address for delivery to a destination outside of the EU are still subject to VAT. Goods ordered outside of the EU for delivery to destinations outside of the EU are not subject to VAT, but goods ordered from outside the EU for delivery within the EU are subject to VAT. TOPˆ

Is VAT included in the price of products?
VAT will automatically be added to your chosen purchases at the “Checkout” TOPˆ

Which areas of the UK do you currently deliver to?
We deliver to all areas of the United Kingdom. TOPˆ

Do you deliver to countries outside of the UK?
At the moment, all on-line sales are restricted to the United Kingdom. However, those contacting us from outside the United Kingdom should call our Sales Department on 01630 647200 anytime from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, with their requirements, as they should be able to help! TOPˆ

When do you deliver?
All delivery times are given ex our works (i.e. delivery time is when the goods leave, or are ready for despatch from, our Works).. T-T Pumps do not accept any liability for delays in delivery which result from maintenance or any other cause outside our influence or control. TOPˆ

Claims for non-receipt of goods must be in writing, and with T-T no later than seven working days after date of invoice otherwise the goods will have been deemed to be accepted by the Purchaser and the full purchase price will be payable on the due date. TOPˆ

Are the on-line prices the same as purchasing from your Head Office?
No, all on-line products carry a 5% discount, which will be calculated and deducted from your order at the “Checkout”. TOPˆ

Can I order over the phone?
Yes, if for some reason the site has technical problems or you don’t feel confident in purchasing your product on-line, you are able to purchase your chosen product over the phone. Please call our Internal Sales Team on 01630647200 anytime Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am to 5pm. TOPˆ

What is your returns/replacement policy?
Claims for goods which are damaged or otherwise not covered by guarantee must be in our hands not later than 1 working day after delivery of goods. After this date the Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as conforming to order. TOPˆ

T-T PUMPS gives 12 months guarantee from the date of sale on all goods manufactured or supplied by us. If within this period any defect is discovered in respect of workmanship, construction or material, we undertake to make good the defect or replace the defective part at our expense inside normal working hours at our works, or pay a sum equal to the cost of repairs at our works at our option, providing that notice is given immediately the defect is discovered and that if required by T-T PUMPS the part or complete unit is returned to our works carriage paid. Spares or repaired parts are delivered ex works T-T PUMPS exclusive of fitting. This guarantee does not apply to defects caused by incorrect fitting or erection, abnormal conditions of working, accident, misuse or neglect. Our responsibility is in all cases limited to the cost of making good the defect or replacing the defective part, and we can not be responsible for any consequential or other damage or losses which may occur TOPˆ
