When an order is placed on-line you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This automatic receipt will detail the products ordered, payment and the delivery company that will be used to deliver your products. Once your order has been processed a second e-mail will be sent to you, this will confirm that your order has left the company and being delivered by one of our designated haulage companies. On this e-mail you will be given the telephone number of the haulage company and their website address, in addition to a consignment number. You will then be able to track the delivery of your order with the haulage company.
